Work Hours: 12:30 PM – 9:30 PM
Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 Per Month

Job Summary - We Are Looking For A Dedicated And Detail-Oriented Admin Executive To Manage Daily Office Operations And Support Multiple Internal Departments. The Ideal Candidate Will Handle Administration, Vendor Coordination, Procurement, HR Support, Compliance, And Documentation To Ensure Smooth Functioning Of The Office.

Key Responsibilities -

Office Management:

  • Oversee Day-To-Day Administrative Activities To Ensure Smooth Office Operations.
  • Maintain Inventory And Ensure Timely Replenishment Of Office Supplies.
  • Monitor Cleanliness, Safety, And General Upkeep Of The Workplace.

Vendor & Procurement Management:

  • Coordinate With Vendors For Office Supplies, Services, And Maintenance.
  • Negotiate Pricing And Prepare Purchase Orders, Quotations, And Invoices.
  • Work Closely With The Finance Team For Payment Processing.

Travel, Meetings & Logistics:

  • Assist In Organizing Company Meetings, Events, And Conferences.
  • Manage Travel And Logistics Support When Required.

Record Keeping & Documentation:

  • Maintain Organized Digital And Physical Filing Systems.
  • Handle Incoming/Outgoing Mail, Couriers, And Communication.
  • Maintain Records Related To Office Administration.

HR & Management Support:

  • Assist In Onboarding New Employees (Desk Setup, ID Cards, Access, Etc.)
  • Support HR In Employee Engagement Activities, Attendance, And Documentation
  • Provide General Support to Management and Staff as Required.

Compliance & Reporting:

  • Ensure Adherence To Company Policies, Safety Procedures, And Statutory Guidelines.
  • Prepare Periodic Reports On Administrative Expenses And Office Operations.

Qualifications & Skills Education:

  • Bachelor’s Degree In Business Administration, Management, Or A Related Field.

Experience:

  • 2–5 Years Of Experience In Administration Or Office Management.

Key Skills:

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills.
  • Strong Organizational And Multitasking Abilities.
  • Proficiency In MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Attention To Detail And Strong Problem-Solving Abilities.
  • Ability To Manage Confidential Information With Integrity.
