Job Summary:

The Admin & Accounts Executive is responsible for managing day-to-day administrative operations and supporting accounting functions to ensure smooth business operations. This role involves handling bookkeeping, documentation, vendor management, office coordination, and supporting management in compliance and reporting activities.

Key Responsibilities:Accounts Responsibilities:

  • Maintain daily accounting entries including receipts, payments, purchase bills, and journal vouchers.
  • Prepare and reconcile bank statements, supplier ledgers, and customer accounts.
  • Manage petty cash, expenses, and reimbursements.
  • Assist in preparation of monthly financial statements and management reports.
  • Support in budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.
  • Handle accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely payments and collections.
  • Liaise with external auditors, tax consultants, and banks as required.
  • Ensure compliance with company accounting policies and statutory requirements.

Administrative Responsibilities:

  • Manage office administration, including correspondence, filing, and document control.
  • Oversee procurement of office supplies, equipment, and services.
  • Coordinate with HR for employee attendance, leave records, and payroll processing support.
  • Handle travel arrangements, event coordination, and facility management.
  • Maintain and update company records, contracts, and licenses.
  • Support management in vendor coordination and service contracts.
  • Ensure proper maintenance of office assets and administrative cost efficiency.
  • Handle communication between departments and external stakeholders.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Business Administration.
  • 2–5 years of experience in administration and accounting (preferably in trading, F&B, or service industry).
  • Knowledge of Tally / QuickBooks / ERP systems.
  • Strong MS Office skills (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and multitasking abilities.
  • High attention to detail and confidentiality.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
