We specialize in cutting-edge prototyping, end-to-end product development, and design for additive manufacturing, serving industries like Aerospace, Automotive, Defence, IoT, Medical, and Consumer Electronics.

We are looking for a dedicated Admin & Finance Executive to join our Pune office and play a key role in streamlining operations, managing accounts, and ensuring smooth financial administration.

Key Responsibilities

* Prepare and manage quotations, invoices, and purchase orders.

* Work on the company’s ERP system for finance and operations-related tasks.

* Maintain accurate accounts, ledgers, and financial records.

* Handle vendor payments, client billing, and bank reconciliations.

* Support budget tracking, expense management, and financial reporting.

* Assist in day-to-day operations, including coordination with internal teams and external stakeholders.

* Ensure compliance with company policies and maintain proper documentation.

Qualifications & Skills

* Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.

* 0-1 year of experience in accounts, finance, or administration (freshers with strong skills may also apply).

* Proficiency in ERP systems, MS Excel, and accounting software (Tally/Zoho/QuickBooks preferred).

* Excellent organizational, multitasking, and communication skills.

* Attention to detail and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
