Job Description

Job Summary:
Responsible for managing the administrative and accounting operations of the company, including petty cash handling, monthly invoicing, vendor coordination, payroll, and GST compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and reconcile petty cash and prepare monthly expense reports.
  • Prepare and coordinate monthly invoicing statements with the auditor.
  • Support and coordinate GST filing and statutory documentation.
  • Oversee day-to-day office operations, attendance, and staff records.
  • Manage vendor payments, bills, and receipts in coordination with the accounts team.
  • Assist in payroll processing and maintain employee records.
  • Ensure smooth communication between departments, vendors, and auditors.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Commerce, or Business Administration.
  • 2–4 years of experience in admin or accounting
  • Strong knowledge of MS Excel, Tally, and GST filing procedures.
  • Good organisational and communication skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
