Job Description: As an administrative assistant at our company, your role will involve a variety of responsibilities to ensure smooth operations. You will be responsible for organizing and maintaining office files, documents, and records. Additionally, you will manage appointments, meetings, and schedules for the team. Your coordination skills will be put to use as you liaise with suppliers, vendors, and customers for daily operations. Effective communication will be key as you handle interactions with clients, vendors, and other stakeholders through phone, email, and in-person meetings. Keeping track of contracts, invoices, and business correspondence will also be part of your duties. Furthermore, you will assist in creating and maintaining reports, presentations, and project-related documents. Key Responsibilities: - Organize and maintain office files, documents, and records - Manage appointments, meetings, and schedules - Coordinate with suppliers, vendors, and customers - Handle communication with clients, vendors, and stakeholders - Ensure proper filing and documentation of contracts, invoices, and business correspondence - Assist in creating and maintaining reports, presentations, and project-related documents In the accounts department, you will handle various financial tasks to support the team. This will include invoicing, billing, and expense tracking on a day-to-day basis. You will also monitor cash flow and prepare financial reports for management. It will be essential for you to ensure compliance with financial regulations and assist with audits when required. Qualifications Required: - Prior experience in administrative duties preferred - Strong organizational and time-management skills - Excellent communication abilities - Proficiency in MS Office suite - Knowledge of basic accounting principles Please note that this is a full-time position with a day shift schedule, and the work location is in person.,
