Job Description Job Responsibility: -Roll Sales Executive (Secondary Sales Support) To ectively support and drive secondary sales for our organisation by providing exceptional sales assistance to distributors. This role will play a crucial part in ensuring the timely delivery of products to retailers/end-users and maximising market penetration. Salary - CTC 25000/- Per Month TA/DA - (Travel Policy) 4 Rs per Kms (For personal bike) 150 DA (Min 20 Counter Visits in a day) Key Responsibilities: Distributor Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with distributors, fostering trust and collaboration. Discuss distributor inquiries and concerns promptly with your reporting manager. Secondary Sales Support: Coordinate and support secondary sales activities, working closely with distributors to drive sales. To meet a minimum of 20 retailers in a full working day. To add 10 new retailers per month with existing distributors. To drive secondary sales as per assigned targets. Market Activities & Intelligence: Provide valuable insights to your manager regarding challenges or obstacles hindering secondary sales. Involvement in marketing activities ex :- In shop branding etc. Customer Service: Respond to retailer/customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner. Discuss day-to-day issues with your reporting manager, if any.

About this Position As a Regional Strategic Pricing and Product Manager - IMEA, you will develop and steer pricing excellence and governance to capture optimal share of value also will drive the full product lifecycle strategy for Henkels IMEA (India Middle East Africa) Packaging Adhesives product lines (SBU APP). What you ll do Support business with pricing forecast and development of pricing argumentation to enable sales with price defense story preparation. Setting up pricing council in close collaboration with leadership team of sales, marketing and finance. Pro-actively develop and support regional product price guidance incl. raw material pass-through (cost-based) and value selling. Develop and drive 360-degree portfolio assessment, understanding customer needs and our offerings to them. Create a product portfolio which is lean, profitable and sustainable. Aligning this with leadership. Develop a product roadmap with short, medium and long-term priorities to make the portfolio future ready. Drive product line profitability by reducing product costs through optimization of raw material, processing, freight warehousing costs. This will require collaboration with Purchasing, Operations, Supply Chain, Product Development Manage security of raw material supply and allocation of raw materials, as well participate in the monitoring and management of product margins. Ability to travel 5% to visit Henkel facilities throughout India, Turkey and South Africa. What makes you a good fit Successfully completed a university degree in economics is required. Preferably a master s in marketing and/or MBA. Bachelor s degree in chemical engineering, or related technical/scientific discipline is advantageous. Minimum 5 years of relevant business experience in the fields of pricing, strategic marketing or sales excellence in which 3+ professional experience in product management is an advantage. Strong analytical skills, conceptual and structured problem-solving capabilities. Ability to build strong relationships. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Lead and influence people at different levels across the organization. Well-developed change management skills as well as project execution. Knowledge of pricing software (e.g. PROS, Vendavo or similar), SAP and in B2B price analysis methodologies. Experience in working in a large, matrixed organization with international focus. Experience in the Adhesives-, Packaging- and/or Metal Packaging Industry is useful.
