Role & responsibilities Mars Packaging is seeking an experienced and entrepreneurial ASM to lead the William product line for their respective states. This is a high-impact leadership role responsible for driving revenue growth, building a sales infrastructure, and expanding the brands reach across India. The ideal candidate will bring deep market understanding, a proven sales leadership track record, and the ability to build and manage high-performing sales teams. Key Responsibilities: Revenue Ownership: Own and drive the top-line growth of the William suite of products across all geographies. Go-to-Market Strategy: Develop and execute national sales and distribution strategies for adhesive tapes, marble chemicals, and tile adhesives. Team Building: Hire, train, and lead a high-performance sales team with a strong feet-on-street model pan-India. Channel Development: Expand and strengthen channel networks including distributors, dealers, retailers, and institutional clients. Sales Operations: Build sales processes, forecasting mechanisms, performance tracking systems, and incentive plans aligned with business goals. Market Intelligence: Stay abreast of market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to drive proactive strategies. Brand Stewardship: Work closely with marketing to enhance the visibility and credibility of the William brand in the target segments. Collaboration with Leadership: Report directly to the Directors and work closely with them on business transformation initiatives. Why Join Us? Entrepreneurial mind set with the ability to work in a transitioning family-run to professional set-up. Strong leadership, communication, and people management skills. Willingness to travel in the assigned territory
