Key Responsibilities:

• Revenue Ownership:

  Own and drive the top-line growth of the

  William

  suite of products across all geographies.

• Go-to-Market Strategy:

  Develop and execute national sales and distribution strategies for adhesive tapes, marble chemicals, and tile adhesives.

• Team Building:

  Hire, train, and lead a high-performance sales team with a strong feet-on-street model pan-India.

• Channel Development:

  Expand and strengthen channel networks including distributors, dealers, retailers, and institutional clients.

• Sales Operations:

  Build sales processes, forecasting mechanisms, performance tracking systems, and incentive plans aligned with business goals.

• Market Intelligence:

  Stay abreast of market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to drive proactive strategies.

• Brand Stewardship:

  Work closely with marketing to enhance the visibility and credibility of the William brand in the target segments.

• Collaboration with Leadership:

  Report directly to the Directors and work closely with them on business transformation initiatives.

Preferred candidate profile

• 5–12 years of progressive sales experience in building materials, adhesives, construction chemicals, or related sectors.
• Proven experience in driving revenue growth, and setting up national sales infrastructure.
• Strong network across dealers, distributors, and institutional buyers in relevant sectors.
• Entrepreneurial mind set with the ability to work in a transitioning family-run to professional set-up.
• Strong leadership, communication, and people management skills.
• Willingness to travel in the assigned territory
