Job Role & Key Responsibilities

• Promote and sell company pharma products to doctors, clinics, and hospitals
• Build long-term professional relationships with healthcare professionals
• Plan and execute effective sales and marketing strategies to achieve business goals
• Conduct product presentations, medical camps, and promotional events
• Generate prescriptions and ensure consistent business growth in the assigned territory
• Identify potential customers, distributors, and new business opportunities
• Maintain regular reporting and achieve assigned sales targets (MR/ASM level)

Performance Indicators

• Achievement of monthly/quarterly sales targets
• Increase in doctor coverage and prescription generation
• Strong market presence and brand awareness
• Effective communication and reporting

Skills Required

• Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
• Strong negotiation and presentation abilities
• Result-oriented with a passion for pharma sales
• Willingness to travel within assigned territory
• Team management skills.
