Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Area Sales Manager located in Chittoor. The Area Sales Manager will oversee sales operations within their assigned area, including identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with store Partners, and implementing strategies to achieve sales targets. The role also entails training and guiding local store owners and their teams, monitoring market trends, and driving customer engagement. The candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure goals are aligned and achieved effectively.

• Proven skills in Sales, Business Development, and Account Management
• Strong Leadership, Team Management, and Training abilities
• Excellent Communication, Negotiation, and Interpersonal skills
• Strategic Thinking and Analytical skills to identify market opportunities
• Proficiency in using CRM software or similar tools is a plus
• Understanding of the retail industry and small format store operations is advantageous
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
• Willingness to work on-site in Rayachoti and travel within the assigned area as needed
