Talent Acquisition Internship in Bangalore

As a Talent Acquisition intern at SuperK, you will have the opportunity to work closely with our HR team to identify and attract top talent for our company. With your strong English proficiency, both spoken and written, you will play a key role in ensuring effective communication with potential candidates throughout the recruitment process.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in sourcing and screening candidates through various channels, including job boards and social media platforms.
• Coordinate interviews and assessments for potential candidates, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.
• Help in creating job descriptions and posting them on relevant platforms to attract qualified candidates.
• Support the HR team in organizing recruitment events, such as job fairs and campus recruiting activities.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their needs and requirements for specific roles.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidate information in our applicant tracking system.
• Contribute to the overall success of the Talent Acquisition team by providing valuable insights and suggestions for improvement.
