Manager - Sales Primary responsibility is to ensure sales targets are surpassed across targeted markets and industries Responsibilities: Execute strategies for developing business solutions and achieving the organisations goals. Analyse market trends and customer behaviour and develop strategies and action plans. Develop and implement new sales initiatives, strategies, and programs to capture key demographics Identify and engage with new customers across the territory. Provide full visibility into the sales pipeline at every stage of development. Evangelize the product, delight customers by anticipating/understanding their needs and proposing the best solutions. Meet with customers to discuss their evolving needs and to assess the quality of our company's relationship with them Generating leads and close deals to meet the organisations growth objectives Develop techno-commercial documents or presentations to explain the product information, pricing, benefits, etc. Implement the companys marketing & branding strategy to enhance the companys reputation/ positioning in the marketplace. Represent the company at trade shows, exhibitions, industry associations, etc. in the territory Skills and Qualifications: 8-10 years of experience in B2B sales, with at least 1-2 years in AMR sales Must have handled automotive customers Proven record showcasing strategic customer wins Ability to translate business strategies into implementation Aware of commercial aspects of the business Ability to work in fast-paced and dynamic work environment Excellent communication and strong negotiation skills Good analytical skills and effective stakeholder management Openness to travel
