Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilites Include

• Reaching out to potential candidates across platforms and communities.
• Screening profiles based on job requirements.
• Scheduling and coordinating interviews.
• Maintaining candidate pipelines and follow-ups.
• Supporting HR operations and documentation.
• Working closely with our leadership team to identify and recruit counselors, trainers/teachers (accounting, English, communication skills, aviation, BFSI, etc.), and other team members as needed.
