Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Area Sales Manager based in Ludhiana. The Area Sales Manager will be responsible for managing sales operations within the designated area, achieving sales goals, implementing effective sales strategies, building and maintaining relationships with clients and stakeholders, and conducting regular market analysis to identify business opportunities. Additionally, the role may involve team management and collaborating with marketing teams to support campaigns and initiatives.

Qualifications

Proven expertise in sales, business development, and client relationship management
Experience in market research, sales forecasting, and developing sales plans and strategies
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Ability to lead and manage a team, with excellent organizational and leadership qualities
Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work effectively in a competitive environment
Knowledge or experience in the electric vehicle or automotive industry is a plus
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
