Job Responsibilities: 1. Be responsible for achieving the area sales target & collection in the assigned region (self and team as well) 2. Relationship owner who will be responsible for growth in revenue and market share. 3. Responsible for sales training of team and monitoring the progress (Regularly). Dealer / Mason /Applicator meets for product knowledge for targeted customers. 4. Coordinating with the marketing team for the implementation of marketing promotional activities in the assigned region. 5. Analyzing business trends and performance of each Dealer / Distributor / Applicator and advising course corrections measures. 6. Responsible for enhancing relationships with Distributors / Dealers / Applicators / Masons etc. 7. Access market requirement for products and make decisions on product categories to be sold in the assigned region (Strategic). 8. Identifying new potential markets and generating business from such markets. 9. Responsible for team engagement and motivating team spirit. 10. Business forecasting on weekly / fortnightly and monthly basis. 11. Maintain inter-departmental relationships within the organization. 12. Gathering, analyzing and providing feedback on market insights to business head for future planning and growth.
