Role Summary:

Ad Sales Manager


network within marketing agencies, media houses, and brand marketing teams


Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify, approach, and build relationships with potential clients across

    various categories, including fashion, lifestyle, jewelry, beauty, retail, and e-commerce

    .
  • Leverage existing industry network within

    brands and advertising/media agencies

    to generate business leads.
  • Prepare and present tailored pitches, proposals, and capability decks to senior decision-makers.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (strategy, creative, and media) to design effective brand or campaign solutions.
  • Manage the full business development cycle — from prospecting to closing deals and onboarding clients.
  • Track market trends, competitor activity, and emerging opportunities in the digital and creative ecosystem.
  • Maintain an active client pipeline and deliver regular business performance reports.
  • Represent Arka Communication at networking events, industry conferences, and brand meetings.


Required Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong network and established relationships with

    marketing heads, brand managers, agency directors, and media professionals

  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Strategic thinking and the ability to understand client needs and translate them into business opportunities.
  • Deep understanding of

    digital marketing, creative communication, and media strategy

  • Self-motivated, target-oriented, and comfortable working in a performance-driven setup.
  • Pleasing personality and professional presence suitable for client-facing roles.


Educational Qualification:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
  • MBA or equivalent qualification preferred.


Performance Indicators:

  • New business generated per quarter.
  • Client acquisition and retention rate.
  • Revenue growth and pipeline value.
  • Quality and relevance of partnerships built.


Preferred Industry Background:

creative agencies, media agencies, influencer marketing firms, or digital consultancies
