Experience Required: 3–5 Years Location: Goregaon / Thane Reporting To: Digital Strategy Head Role Summary: The Biddable Manager will plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Google, Meta, Amazon, and other paid media platforms, driving measurable business growth. Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute paid media strategies aligned to brand goals. Manage budgets and bids across Google Ads, Meta, Amazon, and marketplaces. Track, analyze, and report campaign performance with actionable insights. Work with creative teams for ad copies, visuals, and landing pages. Optimize campaigns for ROAS, CPA, and overall profitability. Required Skills & Competencies: In-depth knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and Amazon DSP. Understanding of P&L management and attribution models. Strong analytical and data visualization skills (Excel, Data Studio). Experience managing ad spends of ₹10–50 lakh/month or higher. Performance Indicators: ROAS and campaign profitability. Cost-per-acquisition (CPA) reduction. Campaign scalability and audience efficiency.
