Job Summary

detail-oriented and reliable Accounts Payable & Cash Flow Planning Executive

Key Responsibilities

Accounts Payable

Process and verify vendor invoices using
Microsoft Dynamics 365
.
Ensure timely and accurate payments aligned with vendor terms.
Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies.
Maintain up-to-date AP records and support month-end AP close activities.
Assist in preparing AP reports, accruals, and payment schedules.

Cash Flow Planning & Forecasting

Develop weekly and monthly
cash flow forecasts
based on real-time data.
Monitor actual vs. forecasted cash positions; analyze variances and trends.
Support treasury and finance teams in working capital planning.
Coordinate with operations and procurement to anticipate cash needs.
Track payment pipelines, bank balances, and liquidity positions.

Finance Operations & Controls

Record and validate financial transactions in the accounting system.
Conduct
bank reconciliations
, prepare journal entries, and maintain audit trails.
Ensure compliance with internal accounting policies and audit requirements.
Support internal and external audits with required documentation.

Qualifications & Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in
Accounting, Finance
, or a related field.
Minimum 3 years
of experience in
Accounts Payable
and
cash flow forecasting
.
Hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations
is
mandatory
.
Strong working knowledge of financial processes and ERP workflows.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel; Power BI or data analytics skills are a plus.
High attention to detail, time management, and problem-solving abilities.
Strong English communication skills (written and verbal).
