Initiate Monthly Hi-Tea Onboarding sessions & Initiate Buddy Program Coordination, working closely with L&D department. HR Analytics [30%] Driving Retention through data by visualization of HR Metrics/Dashboards- Retention/Attrition Analysis Developing core research through Exit Interview Feedback Mechanism & reaching out to the Alumni of Egis HR Coordination across- Employee Lifecycle Management: [20%] Onboarding Checklist & Induction coordination Database Management, Master Input Data and maintaining all trackers. Probation to Confirmation -End2End Process Coordination Employee Separation Coordination- ensure Exit Interview initiation and checklist duly filled in Etalent/Training/Employee Survey- Coordination & Follow up with Employees.
