The Documentation Executive will be responsible for handling export documentation, managing documents, ensuring proper communication, and overseeing document management processes. Day-to-day tasks include preparing and verifying export documentation, organizing and maintaining accurate records, and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to facilitate smooth export operations. Qualifications Knowledge of Export Documentation and Export processes Experience in Document Management and Documentation practices Strong Communication skills Attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or related field Experience in the freight management industry is a plus
