Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day accounting operations, including bookkeeping, journal entries, and ledger maintenance.
Handle Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) – vendor payments, invoice processing, collections follow-up.
Prepare Bank Reconciliation Statements (BRS), cash flow statements, and expense tracking.
Maintain compliance with GST, TDS, and other statutory requirements.
Assist in preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
Work closely with auditors for internal and statutory audits.
Ensure timely filing of GST returns, TDS returns, and PF/ESI remittances.
Support payroll-related accounting entries and employee reimbursement settlements.
Maintain proper documentation of vouchers, invoices, and supporting records.
Provide financial data analysis and reports to the management for decision-making.

Required Qualifications & Skills

B.Com / M.Com / MBA (Finance) / CA (Inter) / CMA (Inter) or equivalent.
2–5 years of accounting experience, preferably in manufacturing / engineering / projects sector.
Proficiency in Tally ERP, MS Excel, and accounting software.
Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, and statutory compliance.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Detail-oriented, with ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.

Preferred Experience

Experience in ERP-based accounting systems.
Prior experience in handling export/import documentation (if applicable)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
