Location: Gurugram Department: Client Relations Reporting To: Department Head Profile Summary We are looking for a dynamic Client Relationship Executive to strengthen our client network and support the publication of high-quality research materials. The ideal candidate will assist in managing relationships with authors, researchers, and institutions, ensuring smooth communication and timely delivery of publication services. This role is ideal for freshers or postgraduates with a keen interest in research publications , literature reviews , and academic communication. Key Roles and Responsibilities Build and maintain strong client relationships , ensuring satisfaction and long-term association. Communicate effectively with clients to provide updates on ongoing projects, research papers , and publication status. Coordinate with editorial teams to ensure quality assurance across all published content including journals, books, and review articles . Support clients in understanding research publication processes, submission guidelines, and review requirements. Analyze client feedback to enhance service quality and improve communication efficiency. Promote new publication services and maintain awareness of client needs and trends in academic literature . Qualifications & Skills Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Science, Pharmacy, or related fields. Understanding of research and publication processes (preferred). Excellent communication skills — both verbal and written. Detail-oriented with strong organizational and coordination abilities. Tech-savvy with working knowledge of CRM tools and MS Office.
