Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Accounts Executive located in Jaipur. The Accounts Executive will be responsible for managing financial transactions, maintaining financial records, preparing financial reports, and ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards. Day-to-day tasks include processing invoices, reconciling accounts, preparing balance sheets, and collaborating with other departments to ensure financial integrity. Additionally, the Accounts Executive will support budgeting and forecasting activities, handle payroll processing, and assist with audits.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in managing financial transactions, maintaining records, and preparing reports
• Experience with processing invoices, reconciling accounts, and preparing balance sheets
• Skills in budgeting, forecasting, and payroll processing
• Experience with audits and ensuring compliance with accounting standards
• Excellent numerical and analytical skills
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• Experience in using accounting software and tools
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
