Job Description

Accounts Executive

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Manage

    daily accounts of construction sites

    , including purchase and payment entries.
  • Handle

    bank reconciliation, cheque issues, and record keeping

    .
  • Prepare and file

    TDS returns, GST returns, and other statutory filings

    .
  • Maintain accurate ledgers, vouchers, and supporting documents.
  • Assist in

    financial reporting, MIS, and cash flow management

    .
  • Ensure compliance with accounting principles and organizational policies.
  • Coordinate with vendors, site teams, and management for payment processing.

Key Skills & Requirements:

  • Minimum

    2 years of work experience

    in accounting (Real Estate / Construction industry preferred).
  • Proficiency in

    Tally ERP (latest version)

    , MS Word, and MS Excel.
  • Strong knowledge of

    TDS, GST, and statutory compliances

    .
  • Good command over

    English (written & verbal)

    .
  • Strong attention to detail, organizational and record-keeping skills.
