Accounts Executive

Skills Required – Prior experience as an Account Executive or a similar role. will be responsible for managing the financial transactions of the company, overseeing accounts payable and receivable, and ensuring accuracy and compliance with financial regulations.

Qualification – Graduate in B.com.

Experience – Min 3-5 years.

Mandatory: Proficiency in Tally, Zoho accounting software for managing financial data, invoicing, reporting, and reconciliation.

Job Role:

· Oversee and manage all accounting operations, including general ledger, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.

· Maintain accurate financial records, ensuring compliance with company policies and relevant accounting regulations.

· Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, ensuring timely and accurate reporting.

· Handle tax filings, including GST, TDS, and other applicable taxes, ensuring compliance with statutory requirements.

· Manage cash flow, budgeting, and financial forecasting to support decision-making.

· Reconcile bank statements, client accounts, and vendor payments.

· Process and track vendor quotations, invoices and payments, ensuring timely disbursements.

· Collaborate with internal teams to track project costs, ensuring accurate billing and accounting.

· Provide support during internal and external audits.

· Review and approve expense claims and reimbursements.

· Analyze financial data to identify trends and areas for improvement in business operations.

· Ensure accurate record-keeping of transactions and receipts.

· Lead and train junior accounting staff, providing guidance and support.

· Any other task as deemed fit by the management within the skills of an Accounts Executive.

· Skills & Qualifications:

· Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or a related field (preferred).

· Minimum of 4 years of accounting experience, preferably in the interior design or related industry.

· Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial regulations, and tax laws.

· Proficiency in Zoho accounting software is mandatory.

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

· Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

· Detail-oriented with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
