Role & responsibilities 1. Data Collection and Integration Extract and consolidate data from Keka, FieldAssist, Credflow, Tally, Powerplay , and other business tools. Build and maintain automated data pipelines for regular data updates. Ensure data consistency and accuracy across different platforms. 2. Data Cleaning and Management Validate and clean raw data to remove duplicates, errors, and inconsistencies. Maintain a centralized database or reporting system for all business data. Manage user-level access and data confidentiality according to company policies. 3. Data Analysis Perform quantitative and qualitative analysis of HR, sales, finance, and project data. Identify trends, anomalies, and performance gaps across departments. Conduct variance analysis on financial and operational metrics. 4. Reporting and Visualization Develop dashboards and reports in Power BI, Tableau, or Excel integrating data from multiple sources. Create customized reports for HR (from Keka), Sales (from FieldAssist), and Finance (from Tally/Credflow). Present insights to management in clear, visual formats. 5. Cross-Functional Collaboration Coordinate with HR, Sales, Finance, and Operations teams to define KPIs and reporting needs. Support decision-making with data-driven recommendations. Work closely with technical teams to enhance data connectivity between systems. 6. Tools and Technologies Business Platforms: Keka, FieldAssist, Credflow, Tally, Powerplay Data Visualization: Power BI, Tableau, Excel Databases & Querying: SQL, Google Sheets Scripting & Analysis: Python (optional), R (optional) Reporting: Automated dashboards and management reports 7. Data Governance and Quality Ensure compliance with company data governance policies. Regularly audit and verify data accuracy across integrated systems. Role & responsibilities Agency & Vendor Coordination Work closely with our digital marketing agency and freelance content creator to plan campaigns and review creatives, scripts, and captions. Ensure timely execution of ads, posts, and videos as per campaign calendar. Performance Monitoring Track digital campaign performance (Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram Ads). Analyze lead generation metrics and suggest improvements. Share weekly/monthly reports with internal stakeholders. Content Quality Control Ensure brand consistency and product accuracy in all digital content (reels, posts, product videos). Coordinate product photoshoots and video shoots as needed. Basic Content/Asset Management Maintain a digital library of product photos, video assets, testimonials, etc. Organize marketing content for different user segments (contractors, masons, end users, retail clients). Website & Social Media Oversight Coordinate basic updates with the agency (SEO, page changes, blogs). Monitor Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn for engagement and growth. Preferred candidate profile
