Job Overview: We are looking for a creative and talented Graphic Designer to be part of our communications team at Shankara Cancer Hospitals. The Graphic Designer will be responsible for creating visually appealing designs across our digital and print platforms. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of design principles, excellent technical skills, and the ability to bring creative concepts to life. Responsibilities: Collaborate with the communications team to understand project requirements and objectives. Create engaging and innovative designs for various communications materials, including social media graphics, website, email newsletters, print media, and more. Develop design concepts, graphics, and layouts based on creative briefs and project specifications to produce high-quality visual content. Review design inconsistencies and ensure that all designs align with brand guidelines and maintain a consistent brand identity. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in graphic design. Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines while maintaining high standards of quality. Qualifications: Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field. Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), CorelDraw. Strong portfolio showcasing creative design work and projects across various platforms. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Attention to detail and a passion for creative excellence. Knowledge of print production processes and specifications is a plus.

Role & responsibilities To maintain all the personal records of the Employee in the Organization working at present and had been working earlier. To maintain the attendance of all the employees in the organization on day to day basis. To ensure that the attendance, leave and overtime is updated in the records manually or computer periodically. Role & Responsibilities : Daily updation of IP bills, generation and distribution of interim bills / final bills to patients for services provided. Check the bills receivable of each Cash patient admitted in the hospital and ensure all services rendered to the patient are updated in the software on a daily basis. Prepare and share the estimate for all services being delivered at Day Care / RT and other departments for all Diagnostic and Therapeutic procedures. Coordinate with other departments such as Finance/Administration /Floor Managers, to address billing-related concerns. Clinical Responsibilities : 1. Carrying out necessary procedures to initiate treatment planning process, in consultation with the Radiation Oncologist and Medical Physicist; 2. Carrying out manual/computer generated dose calculations and participation in the review of patient chart; 3. Maintaining accurate documentation of all facets of the treatment plan and communication of the radiation oncology team; 4. Assisting the medical physicist in clinical dose measurement and machine calibration; 5. Assisting in brachytherapy source loadings ; and 6. Assisting the medical physicist in clinical dose measurements, machine calibrations, quality assure procedure and radiations protection surveys. Preferred candidate profile Candidate with BSc Radiotherapy qualification to apply.
