Job Title: Accounts Executive Location: Redbrick offices, Mumbai Position Overview: We are seeking a self-motivated, detail-oriented Accounts Executive to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for booking invoices, maintaining accurate books of accounts, and ensuring compliance with GST (Goods and Services Tax) and TDS (Tax Deducted at Source) regulations. The candidate should be capable of working independently and efficiently in managing day-to-day accounting functions. Key Responsibilities: Invoice Management: Book and process sales and purchase invoices accurately. Ensure all invoices are recorded in the appropriate accounting software/systems. Verify the accuracy of invoice details (e.g., amounts, dates, and supplier/customer information). Books of Accounts Maintenance: Maintain and update the general ledger on a regular basis.
