Job Description

We are looking for an Accounts Admin to join our team at Gilco Global. The role is critical in ensuring smooth execution of financial planning, accounting operations, compliance, inventory management, and logistics coordination for our infrastructure and real estate projects.

Key Responsibilities1. Planning & Projections

  • Prepare projected and provisional balance sheets.
  • Conduct monthly reviews of balance sheets vs. projections.
  • Draft 3-month rolling cash flow forecasts.

2. Accounting Operations

  • Reconcile and file GST & TDS returns on time.
  • Maintain ledgers (creditors/debtors) and compute income tax.
  • Prepare proforma/tax invoices; update FieldCircle entries.
  • Generate eWay bills and manage office/warehouse asset insurance.
  • Draft salary structures in compliance with statutory norms.
  • Process payroll, ESI, and EPF challans.
  • Track financials related to company-owned fleet assets.

3. Project Finance

  • Maintain project-wise cost centre records.
  • Monitor budget vs. actuals for projects.
  • Prepare and submit MIS reports regularly.

4. Vendor Management

  • Validate and process vendor invoices.
  • Track advances, retentions, and reconciliations.
  • Coordinate with procurement and site teams for vendor payments.

5. Client Billing & Receivables

  • Prepare milestone-based invoices with necessary documentation.
  • Track receivables and support follow-ups for collections.

6. Statutory Reporting

  • Reconcile stock statements.
  • Prepare book debt reports and BoE submissions.

7. Inventory & Logistics

  • Oversee inventory reconciliation and compliance.
  • Coordinate vendor logistics with audit adherence.

8. General Coordination

  • Assist in payment follow-ups and client order verification.
  • Liaise with Sales team for order validation.
  • Track forex fluctuations and site installation expenses.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Commerce/Accounting/Finance (preferred).
  • 2–4 years of experience in accounting, finance, or admin roles.
  • Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, payroll compliance, and statutory filings.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, accounting software, and ERP/FieldCircle (preferred).
  • Good communication and coordination skills.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask across accounting and admin functions.

Compensation

  • ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month (in-hand) + statutory benefits.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,671.95 - ₹25,000.00 per month
