Job Location : Ranipet, Vellore Job Summary: The Quality Controller is responsible for ensuring that all products manufactured at the Rishabh Enterprises HVAC&R Pvt Ltd and meet the required quality standards. This role involves monitoring the production processes, inspecting products, and implementing quality control measures to maintain high standards. Key Responsibilities: (i) Quality Management: * Monitor manufacturing processes to ensure products meet specifications and standards. * Evaluate and improve the existing quality management system. * Maintain quality control documentation and records. * Inspection and Testing: * Inspect raw materials and finished products to ensure they conform to specifications. * Conduct tests and inspections at various stages of production. * Verify the accuracy of analyzers and test equipment. (ii)Supplier Quality Control: * Evaluate and select suppliers based on quality, cost, and delivery date. * Ensure raw materials from suppliers meet quality standards. * Documentation and Reporting: * Maintain inspection and test records. * Prepare and maintain engineering design drawings and shop drawings. * Ensure all quality control documentation is up-to-date and properly filed. (iii)Training and Support: * Train employees on quality standards and procedures. * Provide technical support to management on quality-related matters. (iv) Coordination: * Coordinate with other departments such as Engineering, Purchasing, Production, and Sales to ensure effective supply chain management. * Schedule production stages to minimize costs and meet delivery timeframes. Qualifications: * Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field. * Experience in quality control, preferably in the HVAC&R industry. * Strong understanding of quality management systems and standards. * Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. * Good communication and interpersonal skills.
