Roles & Responsibilities Billing & Invoice Processing : Preparing, verifying, and sending invoices to clients while ensuring accuracy. Purchase Bills Entry : Recording purchase invoices, verifying vendor statements, and ensuring timely payments. Accounts Payable & Receivable : Managing payments to suppliers and tracking outstanding receivables. Bank Reconciliation : Matching financial transactions with bank statements to maintain accurate records. Financial Record Maintenance : Organizing and updating ledgers, spreadsheets, and accounting software. Expense Tracking : Processing expenditure requests and ensuring proper documentation. Tax Compliance : Assisting in tax return preparation and ensuring compliance with financial regulations. Vendor & Customer Communication : Coordinating with suppliers and clients regarding payments and invoices.
