About Us: We are in the business of providing all refrigeration, air-conditioning spare parts, equipment, and solutions for the industry. We are Importers, Exporters, Manufacturers, and Distributors, headquartered in Chennai, and branched out in Coimbatore and Madurai with a team of 150+Employees.

Job Responsibilities:

• Ensure accurate and efficient inventory management.
• Optimize order processing and ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
• Improve operational efficiency and productivity overall in warehouse.
• Report every month for Non Moving/ Slow Moving and Scrap
• Maintain a safe working environment and ensure compliance with regulations.
• Train warehouse staff, ensuring they are well-equipped to perform their tasks and Monitor their performance provide feedback and coaching
• Plan work schedules of staffs and assign tasks to ensure smooth operations
• Lead training initiatives to improve employee performance and safety
• Manage warehouse operations within budget and reduce operational costs.
• Implement and utilize technology and processes to improve warehouse operations.
• Regular training to warehouse staff to improve efficiency
• Knowledge in using Bar coding
• Enhance customer satisfaction through efficient warehouse operations.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in warehouse management or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of inventory management and warehouse operations.
• Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
• Proficiency in warehouse management software and databases.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

Salary: Competitive, commensurate with experience and qualifications.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
