Warehouse Manager

As a Warehouse Manager at our Gurugram facility, you will be responsible for overseeing and streamlining end-to-end warehouse operations. Your role will involve ensuring optimum inventory accuracy, smooth order fulfillment, efficient stock movement, and adherence to safety standards. This hands-on position requires strong leadership and operational expertise. **Key Responsibilities:** - Oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, dispatch, and stock replenishment. - Ensure timely and accurate order processing to support business needs. - Implement best practices to improve warehouse efficiency, space utilization, and workflow. - Maintain accurate inventory levels through regular audits, cycle counts, and stock reconciliations. - Monitor stock rotation (FIFO/FEFO), product expiry management, and damage control. - Use inventory management tools to track stock movement and generate required reports. **Team Leadership:** - Supervise, train, and motivate warehouse staff to maintain high productivity and quality standards. - Assign tasks, monitor performance, and ensure adherence to SOPs. - Foster a disciplined, safety-first culture within the team. **Logistics & Shipment Management:** - Coordinate with logistics partners for timely inbound and outbound shipments. - Manage transportation scheduling, documentation, and dispatch accuracy. - Ensure packaging quality and minimize transit-related issues. **Compliance & Safety:** - Ensure compliance with warehouse safety protocols, regulatory standards, and company policies. - Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free warehouse environment. - Conduct safety drills and enforce equipment handling guidelines. **Qualifications & Requirements:** - MBA in supply chain management - Proven experience in warehouse management, preferably within the beauty, FMCG, retail, or distribution sectors. - Strong understanding of inventory control, stock management, and warehouse operations. - Hands-on experience with forklift operations and warehouse equipment (preferred). - Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities. - Familiarity with WMS/ERP systems and basic MS Office tools. - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, process-driven environment.,
