Warehouse Manager

Location- Vasai East

Role & responsibilities

1. Inventory & Stock Management

• Maintain accurate inventory levels through regular cycle counts and audits.
• Ensure proper storage, stacking, and segregation of textile products.
• Minimize stock discrepancies and coordinate with accounts for reconciliation.

2. Warehouse Operations

• Oversee daily inbound and outbound operations.
• Ensure timely unloading, checking, and documentation of goods received.
• Plan and supervise order picking, packing, and dispatch.
• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and safety standards within the warehouse.

3. Team Management

• Manage a team of warehouse executives, supervisors, and material handlers.
• Train staff on SOPs, handling textile materials, and operational efficiency.
• Monitor team performance and ensure optimum manpower utilization.

4. Logistics & Coordination

• Coordinate with transporters, suppliers, and internal teams for smooth dispatch.
• Optimize freight costs and ensure timely deliveries.
• Work closely with production, merchandising, procurement, and sales teams.

5. Process Improvement & Compliance

• Implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce operational costs.
• Ensure compliance with warehouse safety norms, company policies, and statutory requirements.
• Maintain accurate documentation and data entry.

6. Reporting

• Generate daily/weekly/monthly reports on stock, manpower, and warehouse KPIs.
• Present data-driven insights to management for decision-making.

Preferred candidate profile

• Any bachelor's degree. MBA will be good to have
• 7+ years of experience in Warehouse Management
• Strong knowledge of textile materials, SKU management, and storage methods.
• Excellent leadership and team-handling skills.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹900,000.00 per year
