Quality Assurance Manager

You will be working as a Quality Controller at Rishabh Enterprises HVAC&R Pvt Ltd in Ranipet, Vellore. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure that all products manufactured by the company meet the required quality standards. This will involve monitoring production processes, inspecting products, and implementing quality control measures to uphold high standards. Your key responsibilities will include: - Monitoring manufacturing processes to ensure products meet specifications and standards. - Evaluating and improving the existing quality management system. - Inspecting raw materials and finished products to ensure they conform to specifications. - Conducting tests and inspections at various stages of production. - Verifying the accuracy of analyzers and test equipment. - Evaluating and selecting suppliers based on quality, cost, and delivery date. - Ensuring raw materials from suppliers meet quality standards. - Maintaining inspection and test records. - Training employees on quality standards and procedures. - Providing technical support to management on quality-related matters. - Coordinating with other departments such as Engineering, Purchasing, Production, and Sales to ensure effective supply chain management. - Scheduling production stages to minimize costs and meet delivery timeframes. To be eligible for this position, you should have a Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field, along with experience in quality control, preferably in the HVAC&R industry. You should possess a strong understanding of quality management systems and standards, excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as good communication and interpersonal skills. This is a full-time position with benefits including Provident Fund. The work schedule is day shift, and the required experience in quality management is 3 years.
