Graduate Engineering Trainee (GET)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Graduate Engineer Trainee (GET) to join our HVAC&R team. The GET will be responsible for assisting in the design, installation, and maintenance of HVAC&R systems, gaining hands-on experience and technical knowledge essential for career growth in this industry.

Key Responsibilities:

● Design and Analysis: Assist in the design and analysis of HVAC&R systems and components under the guidance of senior engineers. Utilize software tools to model and simulate system performance.

● Project Support: Support project teams in the planning, execution, and monitoring of HVAC&R projects. Help in the preparation of project documentation, reports, and presentations.

● Field Work: Conduct site visits to gather data, perform inspections, and ensure compliance with design specifications and industry standards.

● Maintenance and Troubleshooting: Assist in the maintenance and troubleshooting of HVAC&R systems. Participate in diagnostics and repairs to ensure optimal system performance.

● Technical Documentation: Contribute to the creation and updating of technical documentation, including manuals, schematics, and maintenance records.

● Learning and Development: Engage in training sessions and workshops to enhance technical skills and industry knowledge. Stay updated on the latest HVAC&R technologies and practices. Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.

Technical Skills: Basic understanding of HVAC&R principles, system design, and industry standards. Familiarity with CAD software and simulation tools is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Ranipet, Tamil Nadu: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Education:

• Diploma (Preferred)
