We are looking for motivated and enthusiastic Graduate Engineering Trainees to join our team. The selected candidates will undergo structured training and hands-on exposure to project execution, site coordination, quality standards, and industry practices. This role is ideal for fresh engineering graduates who are eager to learn and develop technical as well as managerial capabilities.

Assist senior engineers and project teams in day-to-day technical activities.
Support site supervision, installation, testing, and commissioning works.
Prepare and maintain technical documentation, reports, and drawings.
Ensure adherence to safety standards and company procedures.
Participate in quality checks, audits, and material inspections.
Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and internal teams.
Learn project planning, scheduling, costing, and documentation tools

Required Qualifications

B.E / B.Tech in (Electrical / Mechanical / Civil / EEE / ECE / etc.)
Strong interest in construction, infrastructure, MEP, or industrial projects
Basic knowledge of AutoCAD / MS Office / Engineering Drawings (preferred)
Good communication and willingness to learn

Problem-solving ability and adaptability
Strong teamwork and coordination skills
