Graduate Engineering Trainee (GET)

Position: Graduate Engineering Trainee (GET) Production / QC

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the design, development, testing, and implementation of engineering solutions.
• Support senior engineers in project planning, execution, and documentation.
• Analyze technical data, troubleshoot issues, and provide innovative solutions.
• Work on manufacturing, quality control, or maintenance processes as per departmental needs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize workflows and improve efficiency.
• Follow company policies, safety regulations, and industry best practices.
• Participate in technical training, workshops, and knowledge-sharing sessions.
• Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation related to assigned projects.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, Electronics, etc.).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in engineering software/tools relevant to the domain.
• Good communication and teamwork abilities.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
• Ability to work under minimal supervision and manage time effectively.
• Note: IT and Diploma candidates can also apply.

Preferred Qualifications (if any):

• Internship experience in a related field.
• Knowledge of industry-specific standards and regulations.

Career Growth:

• Upon successful completion of the training period, candidates may be promoted to Trainee engineering roles based on performance.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹14,500.00 per month
