Job Summary
As a Graduate Engineer Trainee (GET) in a hydro power plant, you will undergo structured training and hands-on exposure across various departments including turbine operations, electrical systems, civil infrastructure, and control systems. This role is designed to build your technical foundation and prepare you for future leadership in hydroelectric power generation.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the operation and maintenance of hydro turbines, generators, and auxiliary systems.
Support senior engineers in monitoring plant performance and troubleshooting equipment issues.
Participate in preventive and corrective maintenance activities.
Learn and apply safety protocols and environmental compliance standards.
Analyze technical data and prepare reports on plant efficiency and equipment health.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams on improvement projects and upgrades.
Attend technical training sessions and complete assessments as part of the trainee program.
Qualification:
B.Tech in electrical or any relevant field
Job Types: Full-time, Fresher
Pay: ₹16,500.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
