Key Responsibilities: Production Planning & Execution Monitor daily production activities and ensure adherence to production schedules. Optimize resource utilization (manpower, materials, and machinery). Process Improvement Analyze production processes and implement improvements for efficiency, cost reduction, and quality enhancement. Apply lean manufacturing and 5S principles. Quality Assurance Collaborate with the Quality department to ensure product quality standards are met. Investigate and resolve production issues or defects.
