Production Engineer

We are searching for an experienced and driven Production Engineer to become a part of our manufacturing team. Your main responsibilities will include planning, coordinating, and enhancing production processes to guarantee efficient and cost-effective manufacturing. Collaboration with design, quality, and maintenance teams will be vital to streamline operations, minimize waste, and achieve production targets. Your duties will involve analyzing production data, pinpointing areas for process enhancement, implementing lean manufacturing principles, and ensuring compliance with quality and safety regulations. Additionally, you will handle troubleshooting equipment problems, training operators, and ensuring the optimal utilization of materials and machinery. The ideal candidate will possess a solid technical background in production machinery, workflow optimization, and manufacturing best practices. Proficiency in tools like ERP systems, AutoCAD, and production planning software is advantageous. Candidates should demonstrate strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to perform effectively in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment. A Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Industrial, or Production Engineering is mandatory, along with a minimum of 2-4 years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
