Graduate Engineering Trainee

We are looking for highly motivated and energetic Graduate Engineer Trainees to join our electrical manufacturing team. The selected candidates will undergo structured on-the-job training across various departments to develop technical skills and gain practical experience relevant to electrical product design, manufacturing, and process optimization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Training & Learning
• Undergo departmental training to understand manufacturing processes, machinery, and plant operations.
• Learn industry safety standards, technical procedures, and quality protocols.
• Technical Support
• Assist senior engineers in the design, testing, and production of electrical components and systems.
• Provide support in troubleshooting equipment and resolving production issues.
• Production & Operations
• Participate in the day-to-day activities of the shop floor.
• Monitor machine performance and report deviations.
• Quality & Compliance
• Support quality control procedures and documentation.
• Assist in the inspection and testing of materials and finished products.
• Project Involvement
• Take part in process improvement, cost reduction, and productivity enhancement projects.
• Reporting & Documentation
• Maintain accurate reports of observations, test results, and training progress.
• Document standard operating procedures (SOPs) as required.

Eligibility Criteria:

• B.E./B.Tech in Electrical, Mechanical, Electronics, or related engineering disciplines.
• Strong academic background with a good understanding of core engineering concepts.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to work in shifts and on the shop floor.

Skills Required:

• Basic knowledge of manufacturing processes.
• Familiarity with CAD software (for Mechanical/Electrical roles).
• Analytical thinking and problem-solving attitude.
• Willingness to learn and take initiative.
• Basic MS Office skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹223,205.04 - ₹513,530.83 per year
