Graduate Engineering Trainee

As a QA/QC Assistant, you will be responsible for supporting senior QA/QC engineers in implementing the project's Quality Control Plan. Your key responsibilities will include: - Performing inspections of construction works such as concrete, reinforcement, and finishing to ensure compliance with drawings and specifications. - Conducting material testing (concrete cube tests, slump tests, soil compaction checks, etc.) under supervision. - Maintaining inspection reports, checklists, and other project quality records. - Identifying deviations and reporting quality issues to the concerned departments. - Supporting calibration and maintenance of testing equipment and ensuring test records are properly documented. - Participating in site meetings and contributing to continuous improvement in construction quality.
