Responsible for Planning for Part & Assembly Manufacturing 2. Responsible for Creating and getting approvals for Process Sheets 3. Responsible for Handling Manpower in a shift. 4. Responsible for Daily production output in respective shift plan Vs Actual. 5. Responsible for Operator safety, Quality (Rejection & PDI), OEE, and Delivery. 6. Responsible for fill rate and customer complaints. 7. Responsible for improvement in Conversion Cost. 8. Responsible for Plant 5S. 9. Responsible for program development for new products on CNC & VMC. 10. Estimating cycle time for new development. Qualification & Experience Required: - 1. Graduate Engineer with a minimum of 4 years of experience in Machining including CNC & VMC. 2. Experience handling Aluminium, Stainless Steel & Alloy Steel Components, machining and problem-solving. 3. Experience with various CNC & VMC Machines from brands like HASS, ACE Macrosmatic, LMW 4. Exposure to HASS and Fanuc control systems. 5. Extensive knowledge of CNC VMC programming. 6. CAD CAM exposure.
