About Esteril: Esteril is a fast-growing engineering company specializing in high-performance process equipment for pharmaceutical and biotech industries. We are looking for a seasoned Design Engineer to lead and execute design solutions for complex systems including Formulation Units, Filtration Systems, CIP/SIP Skids, and Process Vessel Skids. Design & Engineering · Develop general layouts and P&ID diagrams based on URS and process flows. · Design and optimize systems for performance, reliability, and cost-efficiency. · Ensure accurate selection of pumps, mixers, valves, and actuators in line with process requirements. · Demonstrate a thorough understanding of CIP/SIP cycles. · Lead the design of complex skid-based systems. · Prepare accurate Bill of Quantities (BOQ) from approved layouts. Project Planning & Execution · Manage the end-to-end design cycle for assigned projects. · Interpret client specifications and convert them into functional engineering designs. · Contribute to the design and integration of Special Purpose Machines (SPMs), such as: o Sterile & Injectable Systems o Lab-Scale Models Develop cleanroom and equipment room layouts, ensuring compliance with regulatory and hygiene standards Required Skills & Qualifications · Proficiency in CAD tools like AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or similar platforms. · In-depth knowledge of ASME BPE, GMP, and cleanroom standards. · Minimum 4 years of hands-on experience in process equipment design, piping layouts, and skid-based engineering. · Strong grasp of materials, fabrication methods, and cost-effective design strategies
