Production Engineer

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Production Engineer to oversee manufacturing operations in our electrical products division. The role involves planning, supervising, and optimizing production processes to ensure quality, efficiency, and timely delivery while maintaining safety and compliance standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, coordinate, and monitor production activities to achieve daily/weekly/monthly targets.
• Develop and implement process improvements to optimize productivity, reduce costs, and minimize downtime.
• Supervise and support shop-floor operators, technicians, and production staff.
• Ensure adherence to safety, quality, and regulatory standards in the manufacturing process.
• Collaborate with design, R&D, and quality teams to resolve technical and production-related issues.
• Monitor and maintain equipment, tools, and machinery for smooth operations.
• Maintain production records, reports, and documentation for audits and performance tracking.
• Support new product introduction (NPI) and prototype development in coordination with engineering teams.
• Analyze production data to identify bottlenecks and recommend corrective actions.
• Implement lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, and 5S practices for continuous improvement.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree (B.E/B.Tech) in Electrical / Electronics / Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in production or manufacturing (freshers with strong technical knowledge may also apply).
• Knowledge of electrical manufacturing processes, PCB assembly, wiring, testing, and fabrication preferred.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing tools, machinery, and production planning software (ERP/MRP).
• Good problem-solving, leadership, and communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet production deadlines.

Pay: ₹236,352.83 - ₹790,000.00 per year
