Key Responsibilities: Plan, coordinate, and supervise production activities Monitor daily operations to ensure timely production and delivery Improve production processes for efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and quality Troubleshoot equipment issues and coordinate repairs or preventive maintenance Ensure safety and compliance with industry standards and company policies Collaborate with quality control, maintenance, and logistics teams Maintain production reports, analyze performance metrics, and suggest improvements Train operators and technicians on production processes and safety protocols
Injection moulding process trouble shooting, knowledge of die loading & unloading, shift man power handling, production plan vs actual gap analysis, on job training, practical knowledge of 5s, Kaizen , etc, practical knowledge of hrtc, experience of shop floor activity handling like ( packing, man power distribution, material issued from store as per requirement ) Practical Knowledge Of Moulding Machine
1. Maintain stock/inventory as per MIL, 2.Maintain FIFO in store, 3.Working knowledge of tally,MS word,MS excel & Mailing, 4. Job work billing, 5.Manpower Handling, 6.Store & Purchase documentation as ISO 9001:2015 requirements., 7.Practical knowledge of 5S,kaizen. 8. Minimum 4 Years In Manufacturing.
