Job Description

Duties and Responsibilities:

Lead and supervise the production and design teams in day-to-day operations.
Prepare and execute production plans, ensuring timely delivery of projects.
Assign tasks and allocate resources based on operational priorities and job urgency.
Create and review AutoCAD 2D drawings for steel doors, windows, frames, and related structures.
Coordinate with management, procurement, and quality control to ensure smooth workflow.
Optimize production processes for better efficiency, cost control, and quality improvement.
Ensure adherence to safety standards and manufacturing best practices.
Troubleshoot technical issues related to design or fabrication.
Train and mentor team members to enhance productivity and skill levels

Skills Required:

Previous experience as a Design Engineer or a similar role
Proven experience using CAD
Production Planning
Leadership skills
Excellent problem solving and ability to meet deadlines

Qualification:

Diploma, BE/B TECH In Mechanical Engineering required

Experience:

2-3 years in same field

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

Palakkad, Kerala: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
