Production Engineer

As a Production Engineer at our company, you will play a crucial role in planning, coordinating, and enhancing production processes to ensure efficient and cost-effective manufacturing. You will collaborate closely with design, quality, and maintenance teams to streamline operations, minimize waste, and achieve production targets. Key responsibilities for this role include: - Analyzing production data to identify areas for process improvement - Implementing lean manufacturing principles for enhanced efficiency - Ensuring adherence to quality and safety standards - Troubleshooting equipment issues and optimizing material and machinery usage - Training operators to maintain operational excellence The ideal candidate will possess strong technical knowledge of production machinery, workflow optimization, and manufacturing best practices. Proficiency in ERP systems, AutoCAD, and production planning software would be advantageous. Additionally, candidates should demonstrate analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
