Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled Production Engineer with 2 to 5 years of experience to optimize manufacturing processes and improve efficiency. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in production engineering and be able to analyze complex problems, develop effective solutions, and implement process improvements.

Roles and Responsibility

Optimize manufacturing processes to enhance efficiency and productivity.
Analyze production data to identify areas for improvement and implement changes.
Develop and maintain detailed documentation of production processes and procedures.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth production operations.
Implement quality control measures to ensure high-quality products.
Continuously monitor and evaluate production processes to identify opportunities for further optimization.

Job Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Engineering (B.Tech/B.E.) or equivalent.
Minimum 2 years of experience in production engineering or a related field.
Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes and quality control principles.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
